your customized pages on paper, or you can send them as formatted
email. Just make sure that your personalization list, spreadsheet
or database also contains the recipients’ email addresses
and press the Merge To Email button: Word will automatically
batch-transfer the customized emails to your copy of Outlook
or Outlook Express for unattended transmission.

OnMerge Images
drops in to Microsoft Word to extend its power without changing
the way you work. You may have included pictures in Word documents
before, but probably not for automatic customization. If you’ve
tried, you almost surely concluded that that putting variable
images in Word only looks feasible. In fact, it’s nearly
impossible due to Word limitations and frustrations. We agree – we
needed to merge images, tried, and failed. So, we created the
missing link: the OnMerge Images add-in. It does the job fast

Word with OnMerge
Images generates
pages much faster than you can print them. In our test, we simulated
a typical commercial environment by merging a sales letter that
includes a variable 300 x 225 pixel JPEG color photo. We merged
the letter with
1092 data records. As usual in commerical workflows, we setup the
output to Print To File (PostScript). The result? 0:23
seconds to generate 1,092 pages with variable photos. Doing
the math, that's
2,848 pages per minute with variable images! To
complete the simulation of a commerical workflow, we converted
the resulting
1092 page
job to PDF using Adobe Distiller in only 83 seconds!
